You can place your order online by completing our order form or call to place your order by phone at (212) 779 9500.

  • Please Include a contact phone #, we often verify orders by phone to further reduce the risk of fraud.

FAX Orders:

To place an order by fax, use our Online Ordering System to generate your order, and then print out the order. Fax your order to (212) 779 9505 or you may send a written request by e-mail. You must include, items you wish to purchase and your Credit Card information. Also, the type of credit card, card number, expiration date, credit card billing address, contact phone number and shipping address if it is different from the billing address, You must include a contact phone number.

Sales Tax:

Sales Tax on orders shipping to New York only. NYstate 8.875% sales tax applies.
